Ghost on Ghost

Ghost on ghost food with stripes. Our co op student Katherine Mark made us lunch, she describes it as this:

"Dal with fresh tomatoes, and cilantro. On the side are vegetarian three piece sandwiches with each layer holding one of the following: beats, carrots, minced cilantro. And for the love of kale, kale. Kale salad, with lots of garlic and shredded beats. Dried mangoes, blood oranges, and amazing peach blossom tea that Michaela brought."
